Growing Good – A celebration of people and produce

Growing Good is Sprout Tasmania's annual fundraising dinner, bringing together the people who make Tasmania's food and farming community so special.

It's a night to celebrate our farmers, their incredible produce and the many people working across the broader food and agriculture sectors. From the paddock to the plate, it's an opportunity to recognise the passion, hard work and collaboration that goes into growing good food and building a thriving local food system.

Set against the beautiful waterfront backdrop of Restaurant Maria in Hobart, we'll be bringing together a talented group of chefs who are generously donating their time and skills to create an exceptional dining experience, showcasing some of Tasmania's finest local produce.

But Growing Good is about more than a great meal. It's about bringing people together, making connections, sharing stories and celebrating the community that supports our farmers.

Importantly, Growing Good is also a fundraiser for Sprout Tasmania. The funds raised help us continue our work supporting, connecting and advocating for small-scale farmers across Tasmania, and building a stronger, more resilient local food and farming system. By joining us, you're not only enjoying a wonderful evening, but helping to make a difference to the future of farming in Tasmania.

Incredible chefs will be serving a number of dishes throughout the evening at this cocktail style event.
