Growing your Creative Business

Preparing a growth strategy is vital for creative businesses looking to diversify and build growth. In this workshop, you will learn the essential elements and strategies required to thrive in the competitive creative industry.

Learn how to stay up to date with industry trends, customer preferences and emerging technologies to identify gaps in the market and discover the importance of strategic planning. You will be guided on how to develop a comprehensive plan that includes your vision, mission, goals and understanding your growth motivations.

Gain insights into your businesses capacity to grow including scalability, managing costs, securing funding and managing time and resources. You will also learn how to sustainably source products and the importance of ethical supply chains.

This topic covers:

• Researching trends and identifying new opportunities
• Develop a plan to identify ways to grow your business
• Understand how to grow and scale your business
• Learn how to sustainably and ethically source materials or products

This session is for creative business owners, particularly those in the design, fashion, jewellery and textile industries.

The facilitator of this topic, Belmont Business Enterprise Centre (Belmont BEC) is a not-for-profit community based organisation established in 1994 to assist in the growth and development of small businesses.

Bookings are limited to two tickets each, however you can make more than one booking. If you are booking for more than one person, please provide each person's email address so they receive our emails with important links and downloads.

If you cannot attend, please cancel so your place can be made available to another business owner. You can cancel your booking from the update order button on your order confirmation email. Cancellations and refunds for paid workshops can be made up to 24 hours before the workshop starts.
