Growth Alliance Georges River & Bayside Community of Practice Forum

Join us for the inaugural Growth Alliance Georges River & Bayside Community of Practice Forum, bringing together support coordinators, providers, allied health professionals, behaviour support practitioners, plan managers, community organisations and local government representatives for an engaging morning of learning, collaboration and connection on the Georges River.

As the NDIS and broader community services landscape continues to evolve, staying connected to local knowledge, sector developments and trusted professional networks has never been more important. This forum has been designed to create meaningful opportunities for professionals to share insights, explore challenges, learn from one another and work collectively towards better outcomes for our community.

We're delighted to welcome Lowri Williams, NSW State Manager, National Disability Services (NDS) as our keynote speaker. Lowri will share insights into the current disability landscape, emerging trends, and the opportunities and challenges shaping our sector.

Following the keynote presentation, attendees will participate in a range of collaborative Community of Practice activities designed to encourage practical learning and genuine connection, including:

• Community Notice Board: Share service updates, capacity, resources and collaboration opportunities.

• The Hot Seat: A facilitated problem-solving session where participants can bring real-world challenges and gain practical insights from the collective experience of the group.

• Roundtable Discussions: Explore sector issues, share ideas and identify opportunities to strengthen local collaboration and outcomes.
