Doug wants to save Kayleen from her pain. Kayleen also, paradoxically, wants to save Doug from her pain. Over 30 years, spread across injuries; mental, emotional, and physical, these two childhood best friends find new ways to hurt and heal one other. Performed in the back of the LES institution Parkside Lounge, this Pulitzer Prize winning play takes on new life with grimy, scary, heartbreaking realism and indie theatre heart. Grab a drink and live a life with two broken people trying their best to fix what's broken and love their scars.
