Grumble Boogie is an aerobic dance class led by performance artist Betty Grumble. An hour long dance meditation, heart pump and exercise in Thank You Body. Grumble Boogie is a place to be with our bodies, in joy, in playfulness, warmth and possibility. Grumble Boogie is an open platform class, all levels of movement are welcome.

Bring water, a towel and wear threads that you can move and feel magical in. Wear shoes you can move in.

Site is Gumbramorra Hall at Addi Rd (next to the grass across from the martial arts centre)
