GRUMBLE BOOGIE in the flesh! Safe and sensual we go with our Thank You Body.
7pm -8pm Addison Road Community Centre Gumbramorra Hall. (The hall is the large venue that backs onto the grass next to the car park.)
Grumble Boogie is one hour of aerobic dance fitness led by Betty Grumble. We encourage you to wear shoes you can move in, threads that make you feel mighty real and bring water and a towel.
Capacity is strictly limited due to COVID. When you arrive you will be guided into a safe socially distanced zone for the class. We ask you to abide by COVID regulation and wear a mask when travelling to the class by public transport. Please arrive a few minutes before class start to be ready to go for 7pm.

Grumble Boogie takes place on Gadigal Country. We pay respect to this country and it's Elder's past, present and emerging. Country long full of dancing and health. Always Was Always Will Be Aboriginal Land.
