Grumble Boogie is an aerobic dance class led by performance artist Betty Grumble. An hour long dance meditation, heart pump and exercise in Thank You Body. Grumble Boogie is a place to be with our bodies, in joy, in playfulness, warmth and possibility. Grumble Boogie is an open platform class, all levels of movement welcome.
Bring water, a towel and wear threads that you can move and feel magical in.
Grumble Boogie is open to your access needs. Please reach out for any questions regarding our flow and your access requirements.
Grumble Boogie harnesses daggy disco aerobic flow to create an hour of movement for release and rejuvenation. Thank You Body!
Arrive 6.30pm for 7.00pm class - Then after class DJ till 9 - Whoop!
Our events happen on land of the Gadigal people and we pay our respects to those past, present. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
