Hello Naarm!

We are fortunate to dance within the sacred vessel of PONY CLUB GYM and have the musical guidance of HIPHOPHOE!

We meet Wednesday July 16th 7pm - 8pm

Grumble Boogie is an aerobic dance class led by performance artist Betty Grumble. An hour long dance meditation, heart pump and exercise in Thank You Body. Grumble Boogie is a place to be with our bodies, in joy, in playfulness, warmth and possibility.

Grumble Boogie is an open platform class, all levels of movement welcome.

Bring water, a towel and wear threads that you can move and feel magical in.

Grumble Boogie is open to your access needs. Please reach out for any questions regarding our flow and your access requirements. First Nations, Trans and NonBinary Folk may attend Free. Just send a message to secure a spot. Free spots are limited for each session.

Grumble Boogie harnesses daggy disco aerobic flow to create an hour of movement for release and rejuvenation. Thank You Body!

Our events happen on Aboriginal land and we pay our respects to those communities both past and present. Always was, always will be.
