Start your study day with good vibes. Fuel up, move your body and reset your mind with a free brekkie and aerobic dance session, Grumble Brekkie.

Tuesday 6 October, 8.30- 9.30am at Glen Street Library

Led by performance artist Betty Grumble, Grumble Brekkie harnesses daggy disco aerobic flow to create an hour of movement for release and rejuvenation.

Think dance meditation, heart pump and exercise all to a pumping track of Thank You Body. Warm up the body, be joyful, playful and brim with possibility before hitting the books again!

Bring water, a towel and wear threads that you can move and feel magical in.
