Gsus4 Presents; Creative Excellence - T. Lopea, with support from N4November
Event description
GSUS4 PRESENTS: CREATIVE EXCELLENCE
This month - T. LOPEA takes the stage.
Following a dramatic car accident in 2019 during which he hit his head, lost his memory, and rescued his charred passport from an ensuing fire (we told you it was dramatic), T. Lopea found himself stuck in Sydney with only a guitar, a stolen suitcase and an unstoppable urge to make music.
With the release of his debut EP International Man of Mystique, T. Lopea has signed with Worse Records Ltd. and began receiving mentorship from none other than the iconic Kirin J. Callinan. Having previous singles ‘See You Then’ and ‘Postcard from Polignano” garner radio play through Triple J Unearthed and FBi Radio, Not Me and EP International Man of Mystique are looking to take Australia by storm.
This winter, you’ll get the chance to see the elusive artist himself live in concert, joined by his full band: the International Men of Mystique. Together they will rock your socks off and leave you questioning who you really are.
“I don’t have my clothes, my passport no nothing. Some other guy Tea Low Pea or something I have his things maybe he has all mine? Must be old man I don’t know.” - Big Nick
T. Lopea will be supported by Sydney based artist N4November
N4November, a one man not-so-band. Alex is a Filipino-Chinese born Australian, and the sole member of N4November. Alex is the lead vocalist, guitarist and songwriter. Who is this friend he writes to? And what is he constantly reminded about?
Debuting in July 2021, “Dear Friend,” is a pop-rock anthem exploring issues of mental illness, conversations, and abandonment.
In February 2022, N4November released his second single “Constant Reminder”, a song written in the height of Sydney’s second major lockdown, with nothing but his overly-thought thoughts.
Presented by Lopea Music Solutions & Worse Records Ltd.
