Planning for the future of a child or family member with disability can feel overwhelming, but putting the right structures in place now can provide peace of mind for years to come.

We invite our school community to join Duncan Legal and Peninsula Specialist College for the final webinar in our three-part series as we explore guardianship and administration and the role these arrangements can play in supporting adults with disability.

Whether you're just starting to think about these issues or reviewing existing arrangements, this session will provide valuable information to help you make informed decisions.

Every family’s circumstances are different, and attendees should seek independent professional advice tailored to their individual situation before making decisions about Wills, trusts, Powers of Attorney or estate planning.
