Join us for our second Guest Chefs at The Ref Dinner Series!
For the month of August, some of Sydney’s best chefs will once again be taking over the Refettorio, plating up bespoke three-course fine dining experiences based on our gourmet, zero-food waste philosophy. Proceeds of each ticket sold will provide 6 people in need a nourishing three-course meal, served during our daytime service.

Guests will enjoy a beautiful 3 course vegetarian menu and accompanying non-alcoholic beverages, curated and prepared by Amanda Fuller of Mejico, using OzHarvest rescued ingredients.

Amanda Fuller is an internationally recognised chef, having gained notable recognition within the industry during a decade of service in London. Passion and diligence for the profession have been the driving focuses for Amanda since a young age. She has gone to great lengths to gain valuable experience since graduating from Ryde, including cooking with Indigenous Australian flavours in Uluru and gaining a deep respect for seasonal ingredients during her time in Tasmania. Every day in the kitchen is creative, working with supplier partners and looking at sustainable cooking practices.

Tickets are available for two seating times, 6.00pm and 6.45pm.

Tickets purchased in a single transaction will be considered one booking, and guests will be seated together.
To ensure that everyone gets access to Refettorio OzHarvest Sydney – bookings will be limited to 10 seats.
