Join us to celebrate Refettorio OzHarvest Sydney’s first birthday with our Guest Chefs at the Ref Dinner Series!  
For the month of March, some of Sydney’s best chefs are taking over the Refettorio, plating up three-course fine dining experiences based on a gourmet, zero-food waste philosophy. Proceeds of each ticket sold will provide 6 people in need a nourishing three-course meal, served during our daytime service. 

Guests will enjoy a beautiful 3 course vegetarian menu and accompanying non-alcoholic beverages, curated and prepared by Colin Fassnidge, using OzHarvest rescued ingredients.


Born in Dublin, Colin is an Australian Kitchen Nightmares and My Kitchen Rules star and has a string of accolades from Hats to Top 100s for his Sydney restaurants. His most recent venture is The Castlereagh, a bistro in the heart of Sydney CBD, follows previous successes including Banksia Bistro, 4Fourteen (Surry Hills) and The Four in Hand Dining Room (Paddington). During Covid, Colin created a soup kitchen to help venues with left over produce then delved into private dining experiences and online cooking classes!  


Tickets are available for two seating times, 6.00pm and 6.45pm.

Tickets purchased in a single transaction will be considered one booking, and guests will be seated together.
To ensure that everyone gets access to Refettorio OzHarvest Sydney – bookings will be limited to 10 seats.
