Ease into the experience with 5–8 minutes of gentle Lotus practice, featuring three simple movements to help settle the body and mind before the sound bath.

🔔 Crystal Sound Bath & Vedic Chanting

Lie back and receive the resonance of crystal singing bowls accompanied by gentle Vedic chanting. This immersive sound experience creates space to release the pace of the day and return to stillness.

🍵 Guī Qì Zen Tea Meditation

You’ll be guided through several mindful rounds of Guī Qì, a rare high-mountain wild tea. Through tea, breath and quiet awareness, the experience gradually moves towards calm, presence and connection.

🌿 Rest on iRelax AI Mattresses

Each participant will be supported by an iRelax AI mattress during the sound bath, creating a comfortable setting for deep rest.
