*SOLD OUT* Guide Dogs Kids School Holiday Program April 2026

Guide Dogs Victoria is excited to announce a brand-new Kids School Holiday Program, launching this spring, aimed at primary school-aged children (8–12 years old). The program combines fun, education, and hands-on experiences with guide dogs to inspire kindness, empathy, and responsible pet ownership.

This experience will give children the chance to:

• Meet and interact with guide dog puppies

• Learn responsible pet care through age-appropriate workshops

• Engage in fun games and activities using blindfolds and vision simulators

• Watch a guide dog demonstration from a real handler

• Create dog toys and crafts to take home

The program will run as a full-day (9:00 AM–3:30 PM) at a cost of $130 inc. Children are required to bring their own lunch and snacks for the duration of the day, Guide Dogs will not be providing any food on the day

There are two dates available;

Tuesday the 7th of April, or

Thursday the 9th of April
