Beginners Yoga Workshop Series

This workshop series is part of the Guide Dogs Wellbeing Service.

Clients and community members with blindness or low vision are invited to try yoga at their own pace in smaller, tailored and supported classes.

Participants who are new to yoga can try new movements and poses in a safe space where people can relax, reduce stress, improve balance and strengthen muscles.

Session dates:

Session 1: Tuesday 1 October

Session 2: Tuesday 8 October

Session 3: Tuesday 15 October

Session 4: Tuesday 22 October.

Each weekly session will run from 1:30pm - 2:30pm

Participants must register for the entire series, as skills and techniques will progress over the four classes.
