• What to wear/bring: Wear comfortable clothing and sports shoes. Bring a water bottle, some snacks will be provided.

The experienced instructors are skilled in working with dancers of all abilities and are dedicated to ensuring every participant feels confident and inspired. They are:

Nicola - an Irish Japanese dancer who has travelled extensively learning various dance styles worldwide. She enjoys sharing her passion for dance by teaching, performing, and collaborating with artists across the country. Through her teaching journey, she has experience teaching in all ages and abilities.

Kadek - a passionate Brazilian Jujitsu athlete who finds joy in staying fit through outdoor adventures and dancing. With a love for movement and the rhythm of life, Kadek brings energy and enthusiasm to every dance workshop, inspiring others to embrace fitness in a fun and engaging way.
