Guided Breathwork Journey
Event description
Excited to announce I'll be facilitating a guided journey into breathwork. Join me and learn to switch off the chaos of the mind, and allow the power of your breath to feel, release and heal all the unwanted, stored and blocked energy. With experienced guidance, these breathwork sessions will take you deeper into your heart, body and spirit, and leave you with a sense of peacefulness, empowerment. Breathing within the flow of a safe, supported and nurtured environment, you will reap the benefits of:
• Releasing repressed emotions in the body.
• Recalibrating your nervous system.
• Experiencing profound states of calm and relaxation.
• Connecting with a deeper sense of who you really are.
• Enjoying more balance, mental clarity, and peace.
My aim is for breathwork to be one of the greatest tools in your wellbeing utility box and for these workshops to be accessible for all in a safe well supported environment.

Please bring your own yoga mat/or towel, pillow, and comfy blanket.
If you wish to bring along an eye mask and a journal and pen, please feel free to do so.
