Guided Breathwork Meditation & 432hz Sound Bath
Event description
Guided SOMA Breathwork Meditation and 432hz Crystal Sound Bath.
There is a direct connection between your breath and your psychological, emotional, spiritual and physical well-being. For many, breathing is involuntary or reactive. When breath techniques are applied consciously, you can enter areas of healing, optimizing and manifesting.
This is a Soma Breath style of breathwork meditation that uses core pranayama techniques backed by scientific evidence to support their functions. Combined with rhythmic and euphoric music, guided meditation and visualization techniques, this weekly practice can aid in increasing oxygen efficiency, building carbon dioxide tolerance, reducing inflammation within the body, balancing the nervous system, and can help achieve heightened states of consciousness, deep meditation, and relaxation.
This style of breathwork practice is not directed toward trauma release. It is geared towards supporting optimal breathing habits, nervous system regulation and deep relaxation, helping you reduce stress and anxiety, increase focus and clarity and restore vitality.
SOMA Breath is a practice you will want to keep coming back to.
Each weekly meditation will be complimented ending in the divine, crystalline, vibration of 432Hz crystal sound bowls to help further deepen your meditation.
