WHAT IS IT…

This is a very specific protocol to purify your body at a cellular level in order to increase the frequency of your electric body, reset your metabolism, strengthen your immunity, and work with unconscious, emotional, and behavioral patterns around food, which I call “The food program” .

We will trigger cellular Autophagy- This is a normal cellular process that is key in preventing diseases such as cancer, loss of brain function, heart disease, diabetes, liver disease, and infections.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The fasting protocol is typically a 9-day but we will tailor it to 5 days deep work, with an option to continue for up to 9 days.

We will do a 1–3-1 program

A 1-day preparation detox program

A 3-day Electrolyte Water Fasting program (*Electrolyte fasting uses water with the addition of some key electrolytes. Potassium, sodium, and magnesium. Fasts are quite easy to maintain)

A 1-day re-introduction to the food program

This can be tailored according to each person's needs to a straight into the 5 day program.

THIS IS A PROVEN FASTING PROTOCOL which I have been guiding for many years with amazing testimonies!

I will be guiding you and supporting you through the process with a specific dietary plan before and after the fast, breathing techniques, and key exercises, to build stamina and strength through this powerful purification.

I will also guide you with daily guided live and recorded embodiment practices, meditations, and breathing exercises to access inner wisdom and unlock/activate the innate relationship with your body.

WHAT IS FASTING?

Essentially, fasting cleanses our body of toxins and forces cells into processes that are not usually stimulated when a steady stream of fuel from food is always present.

When we fast, the body does not have its usual access to glucose, forcing the cells to resort to other means and materials to produce energy.

After 3 days of fasting our body enters a state of ketosis and from there into a state of autophagy. Ketosis happens when the body burns stored fat as its primary power source. This is the ideal mode for weight loss and balancing blood sugar levels.

Fasting puts the body under mild stress, which makes our cells adapt by enhancing their ability to cope. In other words, they become strong. Autophagy is the body's way of cleaning out damaged cells, in order to regenerate newer, healthier cells.

Fasting is neither alternative medicine nor conservative medicine, but rather progressive medicine. It inspires faith in our body's own wisdom and its innate capacity for self-healing and restoration.

Fasting is incredibly empowering and fosters a high sense of self-awareness and embodied connection.

WHAT IS THE SCIENCE BEHIND IT?

Studies on Fasting have concluded:

Fasting dramatically improves stem cells' ability to regenerate. Fasting "flips a regenerative switch" which prompts stem cells to create brand new white blood cells, essentially regenerating the entire immune system.

*Fasting for 72 hours also protected cancer patients against the toxic impact of chemotherapy.

Water fasting has been used since ancient times to cleanse, heal, and reset the body. Weight loss is just one of the benefits of water fasting, but physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing often arises through allowing the body to reset fully.
