Join me for a transformative Conscious Connected Breathwork session designed to help you release stress & tension, restore balance, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. This session is ideal for those who haven't yet explored breathwork and are curious, but equally suitable for those who are experienced with conscious connected breathwork. My aim is to provide a safe and compassionate space for you to explore the power breathwork has to invite self-awareness, empowerment and allow you to access your inner knowing. We may feel as though we don't know the answers AND breathwork can allow you to access them.

- A 45 minute guided breathwork journey
- Guided meditation
- Time to integrate, reflect through journal prompts and share with the group (optional)

Limited to 10 participants to ensure you are fully supported during the experience.

All mats and cushions will be provided. Please bring water and blankets if you wish for added comfort. I recommend to wear warm, relaxed, and comfortable clothing and to avoid eating or drinking caffeine an hour before the session for a more comfortable experience.

Please note - Conscious Connected Breathwork is contraindicated for those with the following conditions - Asthma or other lung disorders, Epilepsy, Diagnosed brain or abdominal aneurysm, Bipolar disorder or Schizophrenia, Cardio Vascular Disease (heart problems/stroke/uncontrolled high blood pressure), Uncontrolled diabetes or thyroid conditions, Detached retina or glaucoma, Pregnancy.
