About the event:
When we are triggered, the hurt child inside of us is activated and we end up falling into old coping mechanisms, tools, and patterns that no longer serve us.
When we can go back into a memory as the adult we are today in a supported environment, and visit our inner child, we begin to change the memory and heal old wounds.
This live group meditation and multisensory experience was created for this purpose and will be led by myself. We will focus on relaxing into the body and healing your inner child, as we journey together into the subconscious. Through a powerful reprogramming process, we will heal old wounds/traumas and explore the ways in which our inner child needs to receive healing.
There will be a sharing circle afterwards with some glorious ceremonial cacao, followed by a cleansing dip into the ocean to ground us back to centre.
