Journey to the heart by joining our weekly Meditation Circle and feel relaxed, rejuvenated and reminded of how incredible you are when you take a journey inward through meditation.
As a hugely beneficial life skill, meditation clears the mind, relaxes the body and soothes the nervous system.
Come along to this weekly meditation circle for an enjoyable evening of healing, relaxation, beautiful sharing and good vibes. This event is open to all, locals as well as visitors to the Gold Coast.
