Guided meditation is a useful tool to help first time meditators dabble in this art of wellness, but is also helpful for the pro meditator feeling a call for guidance. 

Understanding the dance between having control of your mind and submitting to the sounds and words of the safe space that you are gathered in, is a priceless gift this workshop has the power to offer you. 

Enjoying the sounds of crystal bowls, shamanic drums and more, this workshop offers a moment of peace for you and your mind 🧠
