Guided Meditation and Sound Bowl Immersion with Kristy

Step into a peaceful, nurturing space to reconnect and relax with a beautiful guided meditation and sound bowl immersion designed to help you restore balance and clarity for your mind body and soul.

This 90min event begins with an introduction by Kristy, along with grounding each participant with her Bio-Field Tuning Forks, followed by gentle breathwork to help you reconnect to your body. You will then begin your guided meditation and immersed in the transformative sounds of Kristy’s 99.9% quartz crystal sound bowls, each infused with Reiki symbols and played with loving, peaceful energy. This sound bath creates a gentle, soothing "sound massage" that flows through your being, leaving you feeling lighter, more relaxed, and deeply grounded.
