My name is Maya Ambrosia and I am a storyteller, meditation facilitator and Reiki practitioner.

At the start of the event, we will settle into our body with light breathwork techniques to create a calm and grounding environment for everyone to feel safe and connected in the shared space. Then I will take us on a visualisation journey.

I love exploring creative channels especially through colour so during my guided meditation, you will be prompted with verbal cues to use your imagination to "paint a landscape" and use your senses to "feel the cool breeze on your skin" ... all with your activated third eye.

You have complete freedom in choosing what colours, textures and other elements you want to play with to express your creative essence on your imaginative blank canvas.

The challenge for some on journeys like this is... how to get out of your own way.

Will you allow your auto-pilot mind chatter to dismiss and critique your inner creative?

Will you consciously participate to be in the present moment by choosing "joy + play" over "fear + self-doubt"?

The intention is to create a fun memorable experience that is unique to you and your energetic vibration that you tune into during the meditation session... and the fun part is that you don't know where your destination is yet. Just arrive, trust the process and go with the flow!

I love holding spaces like this because each individual will share a unique story about what they saw, heard, smelled, tasted, and felt on their visualisation journey and I'm all for embracing and expressing our authentic originality.

Arrive at 9:45am to introduce yourself to the circle and get seated

My guided meditation starts at 10:00am sharp & finishes by 11:00am

* What to bring *

Water bottle, towel/blanket/yoga mat to sit on or lie down on, hat and sun screen for sun protection, something comfy to wear, and journal + pen is optional.
