Online event in the comfort of your own home
We recommend elevating your device securely on a stool or a stand. Prepare a yoga mat, blanket, pillow. Or sit on a cushion. Alternatively sit in a comfortable upright chair during the meditation session. Use of your wifi is recommended in a quiet room to aid relaxation. If you have children at home consider giving them eg home schooling work/activities to do in another room prior or arrange a sitter so you can enjoy the benefits of the meditation session. Enjoy!
