We'll be hosting another spontaneous guided Meditation.

This will be a short guided Meditation by Brendan, completely unplanned and spontaneous. All are welcome to join us who feel called.

Who are Brendan & Johanna?

Brendan is an inquiry-based mindfulness meditation teacher, coach and therapist. He is based in Sydney, Australia and provides deep support for those who have the willingness to end their suffering to live a fully embodied life in the heart of present moment experience.

Johanna (Partner of Brendan) is a long time dedicated Meditator and a Life Alignment Energy Healing practitioner, based in Sydney.
