Guided Nature Therapy Walk

I would love you to join me as we move through a grounding meditation, followed by a silent three hour Guided Nature Therapy walk through lush Rainforest including enjoying a traditional tea ceremony & snacks. During the walk you will be gently guided using sensory invitations to support a deeper connection to your surroundings.

This is located on Private Property at Natural Bridge which is a lovely location with lots of wonderful natural surrounds to connect with and to bring you to a place of stillness. This location is also close to the Natural Arch which is the western part of Springbrook National Park, part of the Gondwana Rainforests of Australian World Heritage Area.

This walk is for people who are capable of walking on uneven terrain.
