Guided Nature Therapy Walk

I would love you to join me as we move through a grounding meditation, followed by a silent Guided Nature Therapy walk.

During the walk you will be gently guided using sensory invitations to support a deeper connection to your surroundings.

This is located at Mudgeeraba on the Gold Coast Hinterland, where there is an abundance of amazing trees, bird life and a running creek to support you in connection with your surroundings bringing you to a state of inner stillness, calm and peace.

This is a three hour silent guided Nature Therapy Walk with group gatherings after each invitation for sharing of experiences. Followed by a tea ceremony with snacks.
