Hello @FirstName,

This is a friendly reminder that your Guided Ride with Pedal Set Go is coming up soon! Please ensure it’s in your diary so you don’t miss out.

Thank you for your interest in our guided rides for the City of Sydney, and welcome to the community.

Important reminders:

Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure a prompt start.
Ensure you bring bike lights, you can decorate your bike as well if you like.
Make sure your bike is roadworthy and that your tyres are pumped up—this helps everybody enjoy a smoother ride.
Bring essentials like water, appropriate clothing (layers, rain gear if necessary). We ride in light rain but will cancel if the weather turns torrential.
And of course, don’t forget your sense of adventure!

If you're unsure about how to check your bike's condition, the City of Sydney offers bike maintenance courses—feel free to take advantage of these to ensure your bike is in good shape.

To help accommodate everyone, please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your reservation. This allows people on the waitlist to join the ride.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we appreciate your understanding of our policy. Please note that failure to cancel in a timely manner may impact your priority status for future bookings.

For cancellations or enquiries, feel free to reach us at hello@pedalsetgo.com.au.

If you have trouble finding us or need assistance on the day of the ride, please text your ride leader for the fastest response. Jules will be your ride leader on the day 0435 295 291

We look forward to riding with you!

Cheers,
Pedal Set Go on behalf of The City of Sydney
