Thank you for booking a Pedal Set Go Guided Ride for the City of Sydney. We're looking forward to riding with you!

Our guided rides are designed to help you discover bicycle-friendly routes and build the confidence to use them for your own everyday journeys. We ride at a relaxed pace, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions, stop for photos and learn more about riding around Sydney.

What to bring

A roadworthy bicycle with tyres pumped
A correctly fitted helmet
Water and weather-appropriate clothing
Sunscreen if required
Your sense of adventure!

Before you arrive

Please arrive 15 minutes before the advertised start time so we can complete bike and helmet checks and begin the ride on time.

Your ride leader will be Jules. If you need to contact us on the day, please text or call 0435 295 291.

Weather

We ride in light rain, so please dress for the conditions. If heavy rain or severe weather is forecast, we'll make a decision on the morning of the ride and contact everybody as early as possible.

If you'd like one, we can provide a rain poncho. Just let us know before the ride.

If your plans change

Our guided rides have small group sizes to provide a safe, supportive and enjoyable experience. As a result, rides often have a waitlist.

If you can no longer attend, please let us know at least 48 hours before the ride wherever possible. This gives somebody on the waitlist the opportunity to join.

We completely understand that unexpected things happen, and appreciate you letting us know as soon as you can if your plans change.

Late cancellations or not attending without notice may affect priority for future bookings, as we want to make these opportunities available to as many people as possible.

Every attendance helps demonstrate the value of these community programs and supports their future delivery.
