Guided Ride: Cooks River Path – Tempe to Canterbury (Return)
Discover Sydney’s scenic Cooks River shared path on a relaxed, friendly, guided ride from Tempe Station to Canterbury and back! Join us for an easy-going ride through peaceful streets and cycleways, perfect for all skill levels and ages, including families.
Starting outside Tempe Station, we’ll follow the beautiful riverside path to Saint Mary MacKillop Reserve in Canterbury, then return. Along the way, your experienced guides will ensure a safe, inclusive ride, helping you connect with other local riders, uncover hidden spots, and feel confident about cycling in Sydney.
This free guided ride, supported by Transport for NSW, is a fantastic way to enjoy the outdoors, and learn more about local cycling paths. The full route covers approximately 11 km, with an estimated 45-minute ride time plus brief water, bathroom and rest stops.
Bring your friends, bring the kids, or come solo and meet new people!
