Guided Ride: Erskineville to Surry Hills Christmas fair
Description
Join us for a relaxed guided ride from Erskineville to the Surry Hills Christmas Fair.
We’ll pedal from the Inner West to Crown Street using a mix of bike paths and quieter back streets, with regular stops along the way. Our ride leaders will guide the group, support less confident riders and help everybody navigate to the event safely together.
The ride finishes right by the Surry Hills Christmas Fair – a big street celebration with live music, stalls, food, games and plenty of festive sparkle. You’re free to stay on and enjoy the event for as long as you like once we arrive.
This is a one-way feeder ride – it’s all about making it easier to choose your bike instead of your car, connect with your community and arrive at the event already in the Christmas spirit.
Ages and experience
This ride is ideal if:
You can already ride a bike confidently on shared paths and quiet streets

This is not a learn‑to‑ride session, but it is a friendly, low‑pressure ride with plenty of encouragement. If you’re out of practice, we recommend doing a basic cycling skills session (e.g. Cycling in the City) before joining.
