Event description

Discover the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney, Australia's oldest botanic garden, with one of our passionate and knowledgeable volunteer guides. On this 1.5 hour walking tour you will visit plants and displays of seasonal interest, learn about our unique history and maybe even see some of the animals and insects that call the Garden home.

These walks are designed for individuals or small family groups of up to 6 people and numbers for each walk are currently capped at 15 people.  Please book to ensure your place on the walk. Walk-ups on the day will only be taken if there are places free.

There is no charge for the walk but we welcome your donations.

The Gardens is a Not-For-Profit.  Over 50% of our funding is self-generated.  By attending this event and making a donation, you are ensuring that the Botanic Gardens remain places of outstanding horticultural beauty, scientific institutions at the forefront of research, and important centres for learning and education.  Our work is vital to addressing some of the most critical environmental challenges facing the world today.
