Midvale Hub Parenting Service is funded by the Department of Communities to support parents and carers living in the local government areas of Mundaring, Swan, Bassendean and Bayswater.

All parents and caregivers are welcome, we value diversity and inclusion from all cultural backgrounds, family types, and abilities.

A staff member will give you a call 2–3 weeks before the program starts to complete a simple registration and check in with you about any questions or needs.

This practical 3-session program will give you down-to-earth ways to guide your child’s feelings and strengthen your connection.

Across the sessions, we’ll explore simple, realistic strategies and take home a helpful toolkit full of ideas you can use every day.

We will explore:

Understanding your child’s feelings starts with understanding their brain.
Together, we’ll look at strategies to support your child’s emotions, with a take-home toolkit of ideas you can start using straight away.
Develop emotion coaching skills to help your child understand and manage their feelings.
