    Event description

Join us at the latest edition of Guildhouse Greets to learn how you can participate in South Australia’s largest sculpture exhibition – Brighton Jetty Sculptures!

    • When:Β Tuesday 24 September
      5:30 – 7:00pm, for a 6pm start

    • Where:Β Beltana House Studio
      364 Carrington Street, Adelaide 5000

    • Free!
    • Presented by Brighton Jetty Sculptures Director Kathryn Casey, Outdoor Curator Marc Spurgin and Indoor Curator Linda O'Grady.Β

Held yearly during Summer, the Brighton Jetty Sculptures exhibition is currently accepting entries to celebrate its 18th anniversary in 2025. Offering a prize pool of over $15,000 and annual attendees of 130,000, the exhibition is a fantastic opportunity for local sculptors working in any medium and at any stage of their career.

We are excited to hear from Director Kathryn Casey, Outdoor Curator Marc Spurgin and Indoor Curator Linda O’Grady to learn how interested artists can submit artwork into the exhibition, the different prize categories, and the benefits of participating in Brighton Jetty Sculptures including the opportunity to have your work purchased by attendees and acquired by the local council.

The exhibition also offers a photography competition, encouraging exhibition visitors to photograph and share the artworks widely across social media. There’s no better time to get involved in this incredibly popular exhibition and have your artwork seen by thousands ofΒ new audiences with the opportunity to sell your work and secure future commissions!

If you have any questions for the speakers, please add them in your booking registration for the Q+A.

After presentations we will conclude the evening with casual networking drinks where you will have the opportunity to mingle with other artists, create new connections and expand your community.

Guildhouse Greets is a new initiative from Guildhouse responding to our community's desire for more opportunities to network and break down the barriers to connection within the visual arts, craft, and design sector.
