Guildhouse presents: Introduction to Creative Workplaces + Arts Law
Event description
Guildhouse, in partnership with Nexus Arts, is delighted to present Introduction to Creative Workplaces + Arts Law – a practical professional development session designed to support artists to work with confidence, and build fair, safe and respectful creative careers.
Hear from Creative Workplaces and Arts Law as they share practical guidance on:
Working confidently in creative workplaces
Contracts and payments
Licensing and copyright for artists
The session will conclude with one hour of networking – a chance to connect with peers, presenters and representatives from Creative Workplaces, Arts Law, Guildhouse, Nexus Arts and Create SA.
You’ll also have the chance to submit questions ahead of time, ensuring the content is tailored to the needs of South Australian artists and arts workers.
This event will be recorded and shared with Guildhouse Members following the session, thanks to our partners at Nexus Arts.
