Guitar Improvisation for Beginners
Description
Guitar Improvisation Workshop — Step Into Lead Guitar
Stop waiting. Start soloing.
If you’ve been playing rhythm guitar and wondering how lead guitarists always seem to know what to play, this workshop will show you exactly where to begin.
Designed for beginner lead guitarists, this practical, hands-on workshop teaches you how to create your own guitar solos using the pentatonic scale. You’ll learn the concepts, techniques and practice methods that will give you the confidence to improvise over backing tracks and jam with other musicians.
What You’ll Learn
The essential music theory you actually need, including TAB, sharps and flats—without unnecessary complexity.
How to practise scales effectively so they become musical, not just finger exercises.
Lead guitar licks and phrasing techniques to help build your own solo vocabulary.
How to improvise using one minor pentatonic pattern and one major pentatonic pattern.
How to transpose both scales into any key, allowing you to play confidently across the fretboard.
What’s Included
A professionally printed workshop manual to keep.
Six months’ access to our online learning portal.
Twelve premium backing tracks in major and minor keys to continue developing your improvisation skills at home.
