Join us as we celebrate the launch of Gundja Woka Wala - Home on Country by the Waters, a bold new public artwork by proud Yorta Yorta, Gunditjmara and Wemba Wemba artist Tahnee Day, transforming the windows of Kaiela Arts into a vibrant expression of Country, culture and community.

This launch marks an exciting new partnership between Kaiela Arts and the John Truscott Design Foundation, with Tahnee Day as the 2026 John Truscott Prize recipient. The resulting artwork reflects a creative exchange grounded in culture, design excellence and the stories and people of Yorta Yorta Country.

Come together for an evening of music, food, conversation and celebration - and take a piece of the story home as we launch a brand-new merchandise collection featuring Tahnee’s artwork!

Supported by John Truscott Design Foundation, Creative Victoria, IVAIS, Greater Shepparton City Council
