Gut dysfunction workshop
Event description
Why is gut dysfunction a problem for people with cancer?
Join us for a workshop on Thursday 9 December at 10am to talk about solutions for gut dysfunction in cancer, its prevalence and how we are tackling gut dysfunction questions.
Facilitated by Dr Hannah Wardill, the workshop will include clinicians, researchers and consumers with a common interest in generating ideas to enhance clinical management and decision making around gut dysfunction.
You’ll hear about the outcomes of a recent national survey on the prevalence of constipation. There will also be a presentation from our facilitator on her work in progress, The CANnabinoids for CANcer Therapy (CANCAN) Trial.
The workshop is also an opportunity for you to present your new study ideas for discussion and receive feedback from experienced clinicians as well as consumers - read on to find out how.
