Grow US well is a practical, down-to-earth wellbeing programme designed with tools specifically for rural men to build health and strengthen mindset.

This is a 3 part men's wellbeing workshop series delivered locally throughout Southland and Otago, this is for the GORE events.

Each workshop stands alone, but together they form a practical, no-nonsense series focused on improving wellbeing, mindset and everyday resilience - without fluff or lectures.

You can:

Attend one workshop only, or
Commit to all three workshops at a discounte rate.

Who should come?

Bosses - bring your team
A great opportunity for team building, personal growth, and building strength and connection outside of the day-to-day. Even if you just bring them along to the first session, they can decide from there - most choose to come back.

Blokes - bring your mates
If you want to build strength in yourself, your family, and your community, or just be a good mate, especially if you have a concerns. Why don't you bring someone along?

Dads - bring your sons
Spend a few hours connecting in a way that doesn’t often happen day-to-day. You might be surprised how much you learn about each other in one session.
