111 — The Fire Within

A Beltane Sound Healing Journey

By the beginning of November, the land here in the Southern Hemisphere is already moving towards fullness. The light stays longer, the air is warmer, and the season carries the energy of Beltane — a time traditionally connected with creativity, vitality and life moving into fuller expression.

There is a similar feeling in East Asian seasonal wisdom around Guyu — Grain Rain, when the earth receives the nourishment needed for what has already begun to grow.

This year, we meet on 1/11.

111 is often associated with alignment, intention and new beginnings, but for me, this portal is less about making a perfect wish or trying to manifest something immediately. It is an opportunity to notice what may already be shifting underneath the surface, and what we are ready to give more attention to.

Through Tibetan singing bowls, voice, vibration and quiet space, I invite you into a sound healing journey where we can slow down enough to listen.

Beltane brings the energy of expansion and life force. Guyu reminds us that growth also needs nourishment. Sound gives us a way to meet both — returning to the body while creating space for whatever is ready to move, grow or take a new direction.

Sometimes healing is about letting go. At other times, it is about giving energy to what is trying to come alive.

What has already begun in you, and what are you ready to nourish now?

What to Expect

This will be an immersive and spacious sound journey rather than a performance. You will be invited to lie down, become comfortable and allow the sound and vibration to meet you where you are.

The journey may include:

Tibetan singing bowls and therapeutic sound vibration
Voice, chanting and other carefully selected instruments
Guided grounding and intention setting around the 111 portal
Quiet space for rest, reflection and integration
A gentle exploration of the seasonal themes of Beltane, growth and nourishment

You do not need any previous experience with meditation or sound healing, and you do not need to arrive with a clear intention. Sometimes the intention becomes clearer when we finally give ourselves enough space to listen.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything you need to lie down warmly and comfortably for the journey.

About the Facilitator

Fan — Founder of Healing Aurora Alchemist

Fan is a sound healing practitioner, remedial massage therapist and holistic practitioner with more than a decade of experience working with the body, therapeutic touch and complementary healing practices.

She has been practising the Sound Massage method since 2018, using therapeutic singing bowls and vibration to support deep relaxation, body awareness and nervous system settling. Her wider practice also draws from meditation, energy healing, voice, ritual and years of facilitating sound journeys and healing spaces.

Fan's approach is grounded in the understanding that healing does not always need to be forceful. When the body is given enough time and space to settle, we can begin to hear what it has been trying to communicate.

Through Healing Aurora Alchemist, she brings together sound, bodywork and intuitive practice to support connection between the physical, emotional and energetic aspects of ourselves.

For this Castlemaine journey, Fan will guide the group through sound, vibration and stillness, creating a space to rest, reconnect and listen to what may already be asking to grow.
