1851 this land was for sale. 2026, we're celebrating!

GV Fest 175 presented by XXXX is a one-day, one-night festival celebrating 175 years of Queensland's oldest licensed pub. Free all day from 11am. Ticketed evening concert from 5pm.

In 1851, this land was purchased on the shores of Moreton Bay. A building went up. People came. And 175 years later, they're still coming.

The Grand View Hotel - Queensland's oldest licensed pub - has seen generations of Redlands families walk through its doors. First dates and farewell drinks. Footy finals and family lunches. The kind of place that becomes part of your story without you even realising it.

GV Fest 175 is our way of saying thank you. To this community. To this place. To 175 years worth celebrating.

On Saturday August 29th, we're throwing open the doors for one day and one night you won't forget. A free daytime festival for the whole community, followed by a one-night-only outdoor concert headlined by Vanessa Amorosi.

Your local. Your history. We'll only be celebrating 175 years once.
