Women in Technology: Perspectives Across Career Stages

In celebration of Women’s History Month, getWITit and BNY are proud to partner on Women in Technology: Perspectives Across Career Stages — an engaging panel discussion that brings together diverse voices to spark meaningful conversation and strengthen connections across the Pittsburgh technology community.

The program will feature a panel of women representing a range of career stages and perspectives, including three BNY leaders and two external industry professionals, moderated by a community leader from getWITit.

Through an open and thoughtful conversation, panelists will share insights on leadership growth, driving innovation, navigating challenges, and building resilience, while reflecting on both the shared experiences and unique paths that shape careers in technology.

Following the panel, attendees are invited to continue the conversation during a networking reception, an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, exchange ideas, and connect with peers, leaders, and allies across the regional tech ecosystem.
