GYAL BRUK OUT!!! Every Friday in October! 🔥🔥🔥

This is an OPEN level class for the ladies where we will focus on:

Female Style Grooves & Drills

We will work on waistline movement, which is essential for Caribbean style dance, e.g. wines (waist rotation), hip isolations, leg strength drills etc.

Female Dancehall Steps/Choreography

The second half of class will either be Female Dancehall steps or Choreography incorporating those steps.

Whether you're curious to try something new, love the music or want a challenge while feeling good about yourself, come try it out! 

• Regular Class: Fridays 2, 9, 23, 30 October
• Time: 7:30-8:30pm
• Class Price: $20 per class  

**SPECIAL COLLAB CLASS** - Kami'Q & Jes!! 🍑🤖

Kami'Q and Jes are back again to teach their latest 'Robot Wine' choreography! Round 2 ladies!! Please bring plenty of water and tun up di vibes!!
