Join us for a fun and dynamic fitness class that combines strength and conditioning in an engaging and approachable way! Led by experienced coaches, each session includes a warm-up, a workout/game, and a cool-down to finish.

Participants will learn foundational movements like squats and burpees, along with proper technique for using equipment such as bikes and rowing machines. The coaches focus will be on both safety and enjoyment to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Important: Waiver Required

All participants must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. This signed waiver must be submitted before the start date—no later than Friday 11th July. Unfortunately, anyone without a completed and submitted waiver by that date will not be allowed to join the class.
