NO SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, CLOTHING OR EXPERTISE NEEDED.

IF YOU CAN MOVE YOU CAN GROOVE!

BRING A WATER BOTTLE AND A TOWEL OR YOGA MAT! AND LEAVE JUDGEMENT AT HOME.
