How payment plans work

  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Enjoy the chilled atmosphere of Fair Harvest and dancing on the grass.
If you want to order some amazing Fair Harvest home-grown, organic dinner, add it to your ticket purchase. Otherwise feel free to bring a picnic.
Coffee and cakes available on the day.
BYO drinks.

Doors open at 2:00, dance tunes start at 2:30.

Dress up in your funnest, free-est, fest-est, colourful clothes, and feel free to bring dress-ups to share.

A note on kids: Children under 5 are free. Cheaper tix available for 6-16 year olds. Please be aware that Fair Harvest is a working farm and kids are not to be exploring unattended. There are multiple hazards such as machinery and tool and bodies of water, plus kids tend to pick fruit and veggies for fun!
