Come help us build TAP lab's Rangatahi (Youth) Tech (STEaM) Club!
No prior knowledge is required - only curiosity & imagination.
WHAT:
Hacklings is aimed to be a Rangatahi-lead STEaM session where kids can collaborate on projects they're passionate about.
Discover, solve, and create together using tools & resources in TAP lab.
These can include - but not limited to:
- Textiles: sewing machines, overlocker, embroidery
- Electronics: Robots, Arduino, Raspberry Pi,
- 3D: modeling & printing
- Cutting: laser & vinyl
- Coding, game-design
- and more!
HOW:
Sign up by purchasing a Humanitix ticket for the term. If you haven't been before you can drop in first to check it out before committing.
- Suitable for ages 10+
- Younger participants must be supervised by a guardian (guardians you can join in too!)
WHERE:
This event runs every Thursday from 4:00 - 6:00pm
TAP lab, upstairs at the Te Atatū Peninsula Community Center

This event listing is for both our Wednesday and Thursday sessions.
Both sessions run 4:00 - 6:00pm, however our Wednesday session is invite only.
